1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern the sale of EreMax™ products made on this site between EreMax™ and any customer (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
EreMax™ is a dietary supplement. Products are described as accurately as possible. EreMax™ is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and is not a medicine.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), all taxes included. Our current offers:

| 6 jars | $473 CAD — that's $79 CAD / jar |
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is verified. A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent to you.
5. Payment
Payment is made online through our secure payment provider. The transaction is encrypted and your banking details are not stored by EreMax™.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Shipping is free on orders of 2 jars or more. Delivery times are provided as an estimate.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Beyond that period, our 60-day money-back guarantee still applies.

EreMax™ is covered by a 60-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied, see our refund policy.
9. Liability
Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are undergoing medical treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
10. Anti-Spam Policy
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on spam. Specifically:
- We only send marketing emails to people who have voluntarily given us their address (by placing an order or explicitly signing up on this site).
- We never buy, rent, sell, or exchange email address lists with third parties.
- All of our marketing emails include a clearly visible unsubscribe link ("Unsubscribe") in the footer, along with the sender's identity and postal address.
- Every unsubscribe request is processed immediately and takes effect within 10 business days at most. The full process is described in our privacy policy.
- We never use misleading headers, subject lines, or sender addresses.
- Our practices comply with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and the CAN-SPAM Act.
If you believe you've received an unsolicited email from us, report it to help@ere-max.site: we will investigate and remove your address.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
